Robou Zahran RMC est , in 1983 we have well equipped laboratory , we are testing all quality test in the laboratory for mix design independent laboratory also .

We do preliminary test according to ASTM & BS standards casting samples 3 layers 25 blows for cylinder and 36 blows for cubes and crushing after 3.7 and 28 days .

3 days 60 % , 7 days 75 % and after 28 days 100 % get target strength . We do weekly sieve analyses monthly specific gravity and unit weight test . We use four kind of material 3/4 ", 3/8" , washed sand and silica sand . All test done after blending course and fine aggregate according to ASTM limits . We are testing cement setting time and strength also , cement sources form yamamah.
